Affiliate marketing is a legal business in India unless it does not voiliates the Indian gonvernment laws.
I am unsure about being legally safe and targetting forcing audience on affiliate marketing for xxx content..
When it comes to just content about dating, hookups without naked images, you are safe when your readers or not targeted to India.
However, then can be offences if it is banned in India.

The indian gonvernmt policy does make ban for porn sites, but it does not mention abnout affilaite marketing, so we are UNSURE about legal issues.

In general, affiliate marketing is covered by the 1999 Business & Profession of E-commerce Act as an information society service (i.e., “service provided electronically”) and so long as services do not violate laws or regulations in India, then they are considered legal. Potential violations include if content was found to be breaking intellectual property rights or if involves adult content such as pornography which would be against obscenity legislation on pornographic materials under article 67A of Indian Penal Code (IPC
